Herring lunch with artists

Christmas hyttsill is an entertaining evening featuring glassblowing, good food and wonderful musical entertainment. Hyttsill is an old tradition in the Kingdom of Crystal that dates back to the time when the glassworks was the community's focal point. Here, visitors are treated to genuine Småland food cooked in the cooling ovens, drinks, entertainment and master-level glassblowing.

The hyttsill food, consisting of salted herring, fried pork and baked potato amongst other things, is served alongside Christmas favourites. The dessert naturally consists of the Småland favourite, cheesecake with jam and cream, served with coffee.
