Conference rooms and meeting spaces in a unique setting of glass art. We offer conference facilities in a fantastic environment designed by Kosta Boda's renowned glass designers. Glass runs like a red thread throughout the conference venue. The conference rooms are named after the metals used to colour the glass mass, and the walls feature paintings from production in the glassworks.

Let the meeting become something more than just a conference. At Kosta Boda Art Hotel we combine a creative working environment, personal service and Småland nature to create meetings where ideas can grow and teams are strengthened.

With us you can find 10 flexible meeting rooms – or 6 meeting rooms with capacity for up to 200 people oh 4 smaller group rooms for up to 8 people. For smaller and more exclusive meetings, we also offer the possibility of separate bedroom for example for board meetings, management meetings and strategic discussions.

We have all the modern technology needed for a successful meeting – from wireless image and sound transmission and modern display screens to webcams for digital meetings. Of course, there is fast and free wifi throughout the entire hotel.

More about our conference rooms

In our conference rooms you will find modern technology and aids that can be useful for your meeting. We offer full-day conferences with accommodation and day conferences, for up to 220 guests. Conference coffee is usually served in our beautiful hotel lounge where the sun shines through the glass roof and Lena Bergström's beautiful Bracelet crystal chandeliers sparkle in the sunshine. The hotel lounge also serves as an exhibition hall for Orrefors and Kosta Boda, so here you can admire new glass products and art exhibitions. The lounge is directly connected to the inner courtyard where you can advantageously enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine in front of Göran Wärff's magnificent glass hammocks.
