This ritual includes carefully selected products from Maria Åkerberg that you use according to simple instructions at various stations in our spa. You guide yourself at your own pace and create a personal moment of relaxation and rejuvenation.
The ritual begins with a 10-minute grounding session where you’ll participate in a voice-guided mindfulness exercise combined with aromatherapy—a perfect start to unwind and get into the right mindset.

Experience the ultimate union of warmth and tranquility. Through a unique massage using warm glass art pieces and nourishing oils, we release tension and create inner peace. This luxurious full-body treatment is followed by a gentle exfoliation and a deeply moisturizing body mask that envelops the skin in hydration.
