Training

We offer many kinds of training at Kosta Boda Art Hotel. We offer everything from yoga to more active training.

In our fully equipped gym, you can train and give the treadmill a real workout.

If you find it difficult to get motivated to start training or maybe want to take your training further, why not meet with one of our personal trainers. You will be given help and advice on diet and a training schedule to suit you!

Training card

Our annual and six-month cards are personal.

Annual card – swimming and training

Six-month card – swimming and training

10-card – swimming and training
2500 SEK (non-personal card; only valid Sunday-Thursday)

Single session – training
95 SEK

None of our training cards include bathrobe, towel and slippers.

Other information

To take part in training sessions or train in our gym you must be at least 15 years of age.

We welcome all guests aged 15 or over to our spa. Children under 15 years may only visit our spa area accompanied by a guardian.

We retain the right to cancel a session if there are fewer than three participants.

To take part in one of our classes, you must book a place. Places are released the week before.

For everyone’s benefit, you must wear training clothes and training shoes when training in the gym and/or classes.

Bathrobe, towel and slippers are available for guests to borrow.
